SimPilots provides management, planning and execution of virtual and constructive simulation in global synthetic environments.
The company was born of the happy confluence of Canadian modelling and simulation (M&S) capabilities that are growing at a near-unimaginable rate and the company founder’s ability to finally return to the M&S world following a long military and public service career.
Recognizing that the rate of expansion and complexity of modern M&S necessitated the expertise and continuity provided by contracted support, SimPilots Consulting was formed for the purpose of satisfying the ever-increasing demand for safe, effective and efficient methods of R&D and training that can only be satisfied through high fidelity simulation from desktop computer applications right through to full-on flight simulators.
SimPilots employees are former military officers who worked at the former RCAF Air Synthetic Environment Centre in all roles at the time of its dissolution.

Manage
Establishing and maintaining temporary and persistent synthetic environments for use in joint and/or combined modelling and simulation for national and allied exercises and training across multiple networks.
Plan
Providing advice and input into the exercise planning cycle from initial planning through to implementing lessons learned while conducting events and observations provided during post-action debriefing sessions.
Operate
Providing qualified and capable operators of simulation programs and equipment, from those hosted on desktop computers through to operating platform-specific flight simulators.
